The management team is incredible. I moved out here from the East Coast for work. They walked me through the entire process and were there to help whenever needed. The unit looks amazing. I'm very happy I chose The Nash as my new home.

The Management is SUPERB! I had my partner Flood the apartment and THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! The maintenance staff on site was here ASAP. and called the Carpet Cleaning service and even replaced the PAD. They did this in 24 hours. NO KIDDING. You can't get better service then that! No mater WHAT YOU PAY! I feel like the management here is TOP NOTCH! I had a great experience with the apartment. Now the Not so cool..... WOW THE Culture! Its like going on vacation afar right at home! If you loved living in Willsonvile, or Lake Oswego, or EVEN NE Portland but find it to pricey, ROCKWOOD may end up being the PLACE for YOU! Do you find it hard to sleep without police sirens, or lots of noise? Miss the Quirks of living under a subway line in New York? You will LOVE it here! Don't own a car? PERFECT! Right on the Max line. UPDATE: There are no more broken down cars around the property, but parking is still tight. Meh. I can live with that. Need a Cold tub and a Pool! GREAT! Its open every day (that its open..) from 10 AM to -4:45 PM SHARP! Need a hot tub? There is one in your apartment. Who needs a public one that gets only to about 70' F. Great safety feature for kids! Speaking of the pool! Your ears will delight with the soothing sounds of what sounds like and English Pub ballad. The words sound funny sometimes. Like "Frack Sheet Beach." and "Mohabad such my deeken." Children are such angles here! Also the pools rules are very much enforced. No canon balls. No jumping in the pool. No "fast walk" into pool. No.. .(.. Insert here.. ) for your safety. People with Tourette Syndrome will fit right in. No one will even notice at this pool! Need to do Laundry? Sure THING! It closes at 8PM and opens about the time you need to go to work the next day! My laundry seems to have been eaten? Dryers always eat Blankets and Towels , and Jeans, and Pillows, and Polo Shirts when left after 8PM. They need to fix that... Random kids will sit on your car and keep a good watch on it for you. The bigger the bumper, the better chance you have of scoring your very own car security detail. I don't know how they get around the child labor laws, but it must be a volunteer service. Like to feel safe? No matter what time of night, Children of ALL AGES from 5-16 will be out all hours of the night to ensure you sleep peacefully while they make sure your car doors are locked tight, and make sure to remove any items that you may have forgot to take inside and keep them safe for you. How Thoughtful! Placing items in your backyard is also a great way to take advantage of the free Storage service. I still can't find the number to where the items went. But I am sure they will turn up real soon! Children always love to see what you have in your home here and are happy to Polk their head in your windows. Even grown ups! Most are VERY camera shy. So make sure to hide your security cameras from their view. You want to make a good impression! Oh, the apartment on the inside is great too! It is/.. Cozy... The windows are authentic and original. Plenty of Ventilation and have locks on them! The Kitchen is Great! We got Really lucky and got a NEW stove! WOW! SO COOL! Every once in a while we get smoke coming from upstairs from a leak in the ceiling. But that happens everywhere I am sure. The Back Yard is SUPER! If you ever wanted to make sure your patio furniture gets used, it will here! By EVERYONE! You may even get extra exercise bringing back home! But don't take my word for it. If you loved living in Willsonvile, or Lake Oswego, or EVEN NE Portland but find it too pricey, ROCKWOOD may end up being the PLACE for YOU!
