I have been living at El Dorado Village for sometime now and still find it an exceptional value. In fact, I have lived here before my current stay and come back finding myself glad I did. The manager, Tita, is very responsive, helpful and gets things done when promised. She recently helped me with an apartment transfer and my new place exceeds my expectations. If you are looking for a good value and would like to live in El Dorado Hills, then this place is hard to beat.

I have had excellent care and responses on anything I needed help with in my apartment from Tita! She is very professional, very kind, caring, responsive, and respectful. She is always working hard to keep the grounds and area lovely and safe. I have not had one issue. I have been here over a year and cannot complain about anything in that time. I would highly recommend living here to anyone who asked. She is an great asset as the property manager.
