Come live in the beautiful Union Square Apartments just south of BYU campus in the heart of Provo, the location could not be more ideal with downtown Provo right up the street, Orem just a few minutes away, bus stops close by, along with many friendly parks and great schools within walking distance. Newly renovated apartments over the last couple years, these apartments have all the upgrades while keeping things simple. Great community with different amenities to keep you entertained!

We've loved living here and will probably be here for the next couple years! The apartments are not exactly new-- some of the appliances are pretty old and we've had to put in a few maintenance requests. But we honestly had no problem with that because the new management was SO responsive & timely (often within the day!) with fulfilling our requests, hassle-free. They are also super great at communicating with us about rent, housing updates, construction going on, etc. We are never left out of the loop and we love the transparency. And of course, the price can't be beat, which was the most important to us and it's definitely the biggest reason we've loved living at Union Square.

We were so impressed by the manager of the property and how open and honest she was. She is pretty new, but has some awesome fire when it comes to making this complex better!
