RENT HERE, if you want good customer service, prompt action to any concerns or complaints, which were very minimal, and just an overall good leasing experience. The office staff really helped me get get my apartment last minute and it was not a huge issue at all, moving from out of town, not knowing the different laws for each state. I'd still be living in my car if they hadn't gone above and beyond to help me in a very tight unexpected situation.
