NO STARS. I find it very unprofessional for the Manager to answer the phone while he is on lunch. I called to do a Market Survey and be kind and he said he was on lunch. I asked when was a good time to call back since i was unaware of calling during his lunch break and he hung up on me. I am a neighbor property and i find it very unprofessional. Please don't answer your phone if you are on a break.
