Worst place ever. Garage desposal tore up 3 weeks ago and no one is fixing it. The air sometimes doesn't work in summer or heat in winter. Bushes and weeds at front steps. Roof at bottom of stairs caving in. Manager may be here some days and may not hardly ever here.

My grandmother lives here. The trash cans are always over run, furniture left outside as garbage, the grass looks like it hasn’t been cut in months, water leaks from the upstairs apartment in her bathroom above her tub, her oven doesn’t work only the stove top, the A/C unit doesn’t work so she had to get a window unit, and her sink in the kitchen leaks. There are squatters in empty apartments and management literally appears to be doing nothing about them. There are maintenance men right now so nothing gets fixed and management changes every 6 months
