Management Team, is super sweet and helpful, she makes sure she resolve all issues if any occur. Maintenance keeps a smile on his face and when I put in a work order they respond in a timely manner or at least contact me to let me know whats the issue and approximate the wait time. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business and is respectful, my favorite part of living here is having a peace of mind, no drama on the premise and everyone is respectful of each other privacy. I have been living at Northpointe Apartments for a little over four years now. The staff is very nice and professional, they always take care of any issues promptly. Ms. Amanda is awesome she always checks to verify if any repairs that were needed were completed in a timely manner. Great place to live, the grounds are neatly maintained and trash is not everywhere.
