Recently had a showing with Ari and Hayley Ann from the office and they were both phenominal. Top notch! I would challenge you to try and find two friendlier leasing professionals out in today's market because I don't believe they exist. They took the time to answer all of my (many) questions throughout the process and were the nicest people to ever provide me a tour of an apartment unit, hands down!
You can tell they truly care the minute you walk through the door.
This particular AMLI property itself also checks lots of boxes: their garage realy is access-controlled (meaning: fob access and also a PHYSICAL garage door), package rooom is secured, there is a spacious fitness center up top and AMLI manages their own properties so they're not outsourcing to some random unaffiliated 3rd-party which is nice. The property is also really clean and well-kept!

I love this property! The staff in the leasing office are so nice and are always very helpful. The amenities are also amazing and I really like the resident events. They really help foster a sense of community in the building.

It's much cleaner than previous AMLI propertys weve stayed in. It just seems like the staff care more about the upkeep and over hospitality from them have been amazing. They really do make us feel like part of the community.
I lived at the AMLI Park Avenue for the past 12 years. The entire tenure of my residency was nothing but the best.
First, the building management team is the best. They are engaged with residents and make themselves available at a moment's notice. They actively listen and if there's a problem, they resolve it incredibly quickly. They are very easy to work with, they're understanding, and if they say they're going to do something, it's done quickly and in the right manner.
The building maintenance team is second to none. If there is an issue with your unit, or if you notice something on the property that needs attention, the process of making a request is simple, and the maintenance team takes near immediate action. They're also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
The community itself is amazing. Whether it's the amazing club room and roof deck (with the best skyline and mountain views around) the pool area, the gym, etc. all are carefully maintained, clean, and just enjoyable. There are regular community events (in the club room, food trucks outside, etc.) that bring the residents together.
Overall, this is a top-notch property with people running it that really care. I will sorely miss the Park Avenue, but if you're considering moving in, I hope this review encourages you to do so.

First of all I want to specifically mention that I am NOT receiving any compensation for this review (I always wonder on apartment buildings). It’s my honest feedback.
I can’t say enough great things about this building, especially the leasing office and maintenance staff. Everyone we’ve encountered throughout our years living here has been so kind and helpful. Here are my favorite things about AMLI Park Ave:
— The maintenance staff is so fast and efficient. Lane even helped us find the studs in our wall when we wanted to build a cat wall and offered help installing the shelves if we needed it. The team regularly shows up the same day (sometimes within the hour!) whenever we’ve needed maintenance. Also our unit was in great condition when we moved in and has only had minor issues.
—The leasing & office staff are very communicative about everything. If there’s upcoming maintenance or something in the building is being worked on, we know well in advance or right away if advance notice isn’t possible.
— The common spaces are clean and the hallways smell good
— The general resident vibes here are stellar
— Fun events on the regular!!
— All of the staff truly go above and beyond here. One time we ordered a couch that was on back order and it arrived when we were out of town for three weeks. The staff kindly moved all 8 large boxes of that sectional couch into our apartment which awaited us when we got back to town!!!
I am sad to leave AMLI Park Ave. Living here was amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone honestly. Our next apartment building is also an AMLI because of our great experience here!

You will be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex than AMLI in Denver! Haley Ann and Ari do a great job of assisting residents with any and all needs, the amenities are awesome and well kept, and the property itself is in a perfect location. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home in Denver. Ultimately, I decided to move closer to family, but had I not, I would still call AMLI Park Ave my home. Put this place on the top of your list while apartment hunting!
Amli Park Ave is easily the best apartment complex we've lived in in Denver! It's clean and well maintained with amazing staff. Haley Ann has been a huge help is very kind and professional. I've been very satisfied living here and highly recommend it to anyone in Denver.
I’ve been living here for almost a month and have nothing but good things to say!! From the start, Sam (leasing) was so helpful!! She was great at communicating all steps and needed information with us. We were even able to change something in our lease and she got it done right away! After living here for a bit, we love it. Maintenance is insanely quick at fixing issues, especially Anthony. All employees are so nice and fun to talk to. Maintenance doesn’t come in unannounced even if you mark that they can, they make sure to knock first. The upstairs area is always clean and easy to use, we’ve already met a bunch of people up there! I highly recommend living here. Everyone I’ve met talks about how much they love it. I also met prior tenants at the dog park who moved out because they bought a house but LOVED living here and would still be if they didn’t buy. Huge shoutout to Sam for being so helpful and nice!
