Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Recently had a showing with Ari and Hayley Ann from the office and they were both phenominal. Top notch! I would challenge you to try and find two friendlier leasing professionals out in today's market because I don't believe they exist. They took the time to answer all of my (many) questions throughout the process and were the nicest people to ever provide me a tour of an apartment unit, hands down! You can tell they truly care the minute you walk through the door. This particular AMLI property itself also checks lots of boxes: their garage realy is access-controlled (meaning: fob access and also a PHYSICAL garage door), package rooom is secured, there is a spacious fitness center up top and AMLI manages their own properties so they're not outsourcing to some random unaffiliated 3rd-party which is nice. The property is also really clean and well-kept!

I love this property! The staff in the leasing office are so nice and are always very helpful. The amenities are also amazing and I really like the resident events. They really help foster a sense of community in the building.
