When I reached out for a tour of their apartments, I received a call back less than 30 minutes after! They offer fast and helpful service. Cody specifically was very helpful and led me on the tour and gave me all the information I needed. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and very well worth the money spent. Definitely check them out!

My team and I are the current vendors for Grand ridge apartments off C avenue Northeast. We are responsible for cleaning their apartment turnovers and their common area hallways. Not only are we going above and beyond on all of your cleaning needs inside the apartment and throughout your common areas but YOU have the pleasure of working with one of the best maintenance and office staff We have ever seen. Heather would be your go to property manager at Grand ridge and she is incredible. She is always right on top of things and her organization is on point. She clearly has everything in order and you will be very impressed with these units. Aaron with the maintenance team at Grand ridge is right on top of things and always has the best ethics. You can't go wrong. It's a must see
