best place to rent from at kirkwood hands down! Heather the manager is amazing, very respectful, doesn’t invade the residents privacy and knows everyone by name. the complex is clean and usually quiet, i would highly recommend!

Hallways smells of animal urine. The carpets in the hallways are so dirty you can barely tell the original color. People just leave their trash in the halls. After a good response from the landlords, the property hallways are back to looking amazing and the offending tenant has moved out. I'm happy to raise my review back up.
