The all bills paid is one of the main reasons I moved here. It’s an older place. But you just can’t beat the rate with all utilities included. And it was a $0 deposit and $0 application. My last utility bill was over$250 at my last apartment. It’s gated and has cameras in the front so that’s nice. I always see the workers keeping the place clean. I had one issue with my shower and they fixed it the same day. The ladies in the office have always been kind to me. I plan on staying after my lease ends.

I've been here 4 yrs and today for the 1st time ever I attended an event the apartments hosted. At this event I ran into multiple patients from work. I talked to a couple and was told about how great the senior center and the community is with them. Their words were all so amazing. To hear the joy in their voice as they expressed the way they feel about the senior center was amazing. Don't get me wrong the place is not a 5 star apartment complex for looks(they are working on it). But based off what I've heard today, my experience with the office staff and maintenance it is a 5 star community for those who want a place to feel like family. I've referred about 5 families now and will now be telling patient's that ask for recommendations.
