The apartment is well kept by staff. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Staff is always professional, polite, and friendly. Repairs to the facility have increased comfort. Parking downtown is always premium and having access to a designated spot is priceless. I have spent more than forty happy years here. I'll miss the friendly staff a lot. Six Eleven is a great place to live. I'll miss it.

I just want to start off by saying that I moved to 611 from out of state for the location in Baltimore, I had no idea what the apartment looked like beforehand or the nature of the building so I walked into this blindly. Living here for almost 3 months I can say I’m happy with my apartment, and the service I receive here . My apartment was clean and certain aspects of it was brand new which was a nice touch upon moving in. The building has an elevator, laundry, pool, fitness center and optional pay parking which makes life easier. It’s also centrally located to restaurants,Museums, downtown, the inner harbor and the monument/ park. The monument is around the corner and is a great place to sit outside or walk the dog. What I like about the building besides the amenities is that it gets involved in the community and sometimes host fun festivities in the lobby for the holidays. 611 also keeps us posted on what’s going on around the neighbor which is nice. I’m forever grateful to the staff. Brittany is such a gem and was helpful through the whole process from applying for the apartment to assisting onsite with any questions or concerns since I’ve been here. The staff including maintenance is usually available during business hours and responds quickly to request. Everything has been easy for me here and I appreciate that being new to town and all. I also want to mention I feel safe inside and outside the building which is often quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend 611 for the good location, nice apartment with amenities and friendly staff.
