After a long search for an affordable apartment in Moreno Valley, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance of Summit Place, from the landscaping to the cleanliness and size of the actual apartments. I appreciated Elanie's friendly and professional demeanor, which represented pride in her work and the property. I look forward to eventually becoming a tenant.
