I’ve personally had a great experience at this apartment complex. I toured and went somewhere else and came right back. Nikki helped me so much and was very nice and understanding throughout the process! I called about my valet trash not being picked up and it was picked up the next day! Really beautiful apartments at an amazing price in such a great location. Gym is beautiful and so is the pool. Very quiet and great neighborhood! This is the nicest/friendliest place I’ve lived at and I mean I moved from Fayetteville and this is a SERIOUS upgrade. I truly do love it ! Thanks Nikki and the team. -Luzsero

I have been very pleased with the staff at lake Lynn. When I needed maintenance in my apartment, I submitted a work order and it was executed in the most professional way!!! I love the hospitality that the staff shows.

It has been a refreshing change having Tashea Lewis manage the property. Finally, we have someone who knows how to manage the property and takes the residents' interests to heart It has been a long time since anyone managing the property has taken an interest in the residents and made their presence on the property a priority and not just a financial grab. Additionally, Marquis, Monte, and Bobby go to great lengths to address maintenance requests and the maintenance needs on the property and of the residents. Their tireless efforts are greatly appreciated!

I lived there for three years and I loved it! Beautiful apartment, nice amenities in a quiet and secure neighborhood! Also the admin of Alister Lake Lynn and the maintenance personnel are always willing to help you .

We moved from FL in early January with the ambition of renting. We looked at about 7 different properties but kept coming back to Alister Lake Lynn. We were greeted by Tashea (Assistant Community Manager) and had a tour and immediately knew this was where we wanted to stay while we got to know Raleigh. Tashea was/is an incredible point of contact the entire time and it felt like we got white glove service. Amongst the hundreds of residents she never skipped a beat to answering our emails and questions. The move in was seamless and the maintenance team prepared the unit fast and we were able to move in early. I know this property has been going through lots of changes. I was reluctant based on the reviews but I decided to give it a try because I know things evolve and improve. I was never let down. Thank you Alister and your amazing team for making our move to NC a wonderful beginning. Highly recommend.

Alister at Lake Lynn is an apartment complex I can highly recommend. My experience there has been quiet, peaceful, safe, and the staff very reliable.
The new management has made many campus improvements including trimming trees and bushes, thus improving visibility and safety, not to mention aesthetics.
The individual post office boxes are situated under an outdoor roof containing eight canned lights. Previously, only one light was ever working, keeping it dim and dingy; now all 8 are lit bright as day; so much easier to retrieve the mail when you can read what is in your box.
Apartment locks have been changed. General repairs are done promptly, and the office staff is experienced, informed, capable, and positive. They have been gracious and hospitable in all my interactions with them for questions and apartment needs.
The campus trees were full of color this fall, and the leaves have been blown into piles and removed. The staff’s diligence and promptness in the details is a reflection of their professionalism and work ethic. Again, highly recommend!!!

I have been reading reviews regarding living here. I don’t get it! I moved in June 2024 and have had a wonderful experience. The Management Staff are wonderful! Every time I have had a maintenance problem, the maintenance crew are always quick to take care of it. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. I have NEVER had my car broken into. I really enjoy living here.
