Truly excellent maintenance staff! We've been living at AMLI Lindbergh for about four months and have had several small maintenance requests. All have been completed with 1-2 days, and the staff is always extremely friendly. We have two cats who like to try and run out of the apartment when the door's open, and the maintenance staff has been very attentive to keep them inside even when we're not home.
Most recently, we wanted to have an attachment on a toilet replaced so we could install a bidet. The maintenance person came by to switch out the attachment just before I went into a meeting — when I came out, not only had he installed the attachment, but he went ahead and installed the bidet and had it working perfectly. It was extra-mile service that we've seen a few times already and makes me very thankful to live here.
Jae has been nothing but amazing with helping me find a new unit to move into. He was very attentive and kept in touch with any updates. He helped me get the unit I was looking for and was professional during the entire process, made the transition seamless. I definitely would recommend this property and refer them to Jae for being one of the best agents I've been in contact with. Thanks Jae for all your help!

I recently moved into AMLI Lindbergh from out of state, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The entire process was seamless, thanks to Jae, the leasing agent, who went above and beyond to help me secure my unit without even being in town. Jae made everything so easy, from the virtual tour to finalizing the lease. My stay here has been wonderful so far. I feel safe and secure in my new home, and the community is great. I recently moved into AMLI and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The community is well-maintained with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home!!! I’m on year 3 and have loved my experience thus far, management has changed a few times but that’s not abnormal for Atlanta apartments. I've been living at Amli Lindbergh for 5 Years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The amenities are top-notch, the community is welcoming, and the location is perfect.
One of the standout aspects of my experience has been the exceptional service provided by the leasing center. Jae, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and attentive. From the moment I first inquired about leasing, Jae went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and felt confident in my decision to move here.
Jae is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns I have, no matter how small. His friendly demeanor and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and their satisfaction.
Overall, Amli Lindbergh offers a fantastic living experience, and the excellent service from the leasing center, especially Jae, truly sets it apart. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I’ve been a resident for a couple years now and the maintenance team is one of the best in the city! They are always personable and quick to respond to any issues I’ve had. Maria specifically has been nothing but the best when helping assist anything regarding my apartment. We’ve grown a relationship to where my dog also trust her in the unit alone which is a great help when things have to get fixed and I can’t make it back from work in time. She’s keeps a smile on her face and it’s always a joy seeing her around the complex. As hard as the entire team works, they always have a smile on their face which makes the vibe of the complex feel amazing. Living here has been a breeze and I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for affordable living with an amazing team!
My husband and I lived at Amli Lindbergh for 2 years, and it was a great experience overall. We absolutely loved the location, and the maintenance team is truly remarkable. Any issue we had was resolved extremely quickly, and the whole maintenance team was so kind and professional. Additionally, the front office was great to work with as well, especially Alaya. She was extremely helpful during our move out process. We only had great experiences with all of the staff!
Our only complaint is that the floors/ceilings were quite thin, so noise transferred between floors more than we expected. Again, the front office was great in managing any issues that arose from this.
