We recently sold our home and downsized our NJ residence to an apartment at the AVE Florham Park. We absolutely love it here!! The apartments are spacious, bright and beautiful, and the amenities are just fabulous!!! It feels like we are living in a luxury hotel. The gym, theatre, lounge areas and conference spaces provide ample options for relaxation, exercise, remote work and entertaining. The outdoor spaces are just as gorgeous and useful to our family (pool, barbecues, sitting areas with tvs, fire pits, dog park, etc.) They have literally thought of everything!! Even my dog loves it here!!! Megan guided us through the entire leasing process, and was just wonderful to work with!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and always extremely responsive. We loved working with her!!! The whole process was overseen by Thomas, who was great to work with as well. He was extremely professional and so very helpful to us!! The entire staff at the AVE (at every level) has been amazing!!! I would give the AVE 100 stars if I could - it is THE BEST!!!!

Megan is a great professional. When I moved to the US and was choosing my new home, I met her to evaluate signing a contract. During all the conversations we've had, it was easy to see some of her professional strengths: very good communication to explain things, always willing to help with whatever is needed, efficiency to complete tasks quickly, good interaction with people and others. The excellent service she provided definitely influenced my decision to close the deal with her.

I spent time at the Ave Florham Park over the holidays with my husband and two children - this is the third time we've stayed here when visiting family and it is a GREAT option for a short or long-term stay. The facilities are beautiful - clean, modern - and the location is convenient to get into Madison, Chatham or Florham Park. We hope to stay again next year!
We recently moved my mom into The Ave. Megan, our leasing agent, was super helpful and supportive! She patiently answered all of our questions and made the transition to apartment living very easy for mom. The community is warm and welcoming. The staff is always quick to lend a helping hand and offer a smile!
We moved to The Ave in Florham Park in November after selling our house in Madison and before moving on to our next home in Portsmouth, NH. We absolutely love it here! Everything about this place is first class. We love the apartment, we love the gym, we love the people! It is an absolutely beautiful complex with a beautiful lobby, pool and so many work areas and conference rooms. Special thanks to Thomas and Megan for a very smooth lease -signing and move in! We could not have hoped for an easier transition! Thanks also to Chelsea, Ashley, Tim, Luis, Ari, Joshua,Franco, Merrick (phonetic) and Jorge for always being there for us!
AVE Florham Park really feels like home. The building is spotless, management is friendly, and there are events held almost every week, making it so easy to meet other people in the building.
No matter what you need, someone is always able to help no matter what time of day. Thomas, Tim, Heidi, Maria, Amy, Alexa, Megan, Chelsea, and Lauren have all made my experience at AVE amazing. The maintenance and housekeeping teams are also phenomenal.
The building is super pet friendly and having a gated dog park is great for me and my 2 dogs.
I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff, amenities, and apartments literally can’t be beat.
My favorite amenities are the gym, pool, ping pong table, and the huge outdoor putting green.
My wife and I started renting in 11/23, after selling our home in nearby Madison, NJ. We love everything about The Ave: the people working here , the layout of our apartment, the gym, the available conference rooms, the grounds—everything. Also, the entire place is always immaculately clean. Today, Franco and Jorge from maintenance fixed our bedroom shades after my wife had a little “mishap” opening them. Franco & Jorge as always friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the maintenance crew: Olman, Luis and Omar. I was sad when we sold our Madison home. But now, I love The Ave so much, I wish we would have moved-in much sooner.

My wife and I lived at the AVE for over three years and we can’t possibly speak highly enough of our experience. The apartments are spacious, updated and modern. The amenities are top notch – we would consistently use the gym, pool, bbqs, fire pits, courtyard and conference rooms. The outdoor spaces are unlike anything else I’ve previously experienced and make living at the AVE feel like a luxury hotel. The team is awesome – very friendly, always accommodating and flexible, and very quick to address issues. There are community events, food truck Thursdays and plenty of useful services such as dry cleaning and package pick-up. We’ve lived in apartments across NYC & Brooklyn and can easily say this was the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. We’ll certainly miss our time at the AVE!
