I rented 3bed/2bath(2021–2024) rent appx. started out $1,900– by my 3rd year my increase was to $2,300.
Pros:
1.) Luxury Living & Unit Layout feels home-like rather than an apartment
Ex: Spacious, big windows, depending on location your view is private & only nature & animals, luxury—like appliances, touch screen washer & quality dryer in unit, unique layout, wood burning fireplace
2.) Forestry, Log-cabin feel, visibly beautiful, range of animals: reptiles, bugs, birds—Animal Sounds
3.) Routinely Maintained Community Groundswell & Common Areas
Ex: 1.) Professional Tree Trimmer Companies, Cleaning service to clean gym-yoga studio-gym bathrooms, Professional Landscaping, Pool & hot-tub is maintained 5/10, sauna fixed, Rooftop & gutters cleaned seasonally, notices are emailed, or put on doors to remind tenants about poop/& intentions of a smoke—free property, maintenance man Michael paints red & white lines to make them visible & neat, Salted driveways and paths during ice and snow, fireplace inspection/cleaning, yearly unit inspections and more. . .
4.) Updated Appearance of Community Grounds & Common Areas
Over 3 years they updated the following
Ex: 1.) Gym: New furnishings, Modernized trash can, coffee/tea Keurig Machine in kitchen area, more workout gear so you don’t have to bring yours.
Ex: 2.) Newly installed in Wall Automatic Water Filter System
Ex: 3.) One Bike Rack installed on far end of complex
Ex: 4.) Upgrades to pool seating areas
Ex: 5.) Replaced Computer study area with an Arcade
(I may of missed some)
5.) Gym Bathroom/ Locker Room is maintained
Ex: 1.) Routinely Serviced and Cleaned
No overflow of garbage. Smells good. Always has febreez. Clean & sanitary.
6.) Added More Guest Parking
~Construction took place to add additional guest parking
7.) Quiet & Calm Community even during quiet hours
8.) Management Lovely& Friendly experience&easy process to Move—in. Patient&Helpful: Brianna, Reyna, Michael, Javier, Ashley, & Lance Phenomenal Team.
Ex: 1.) Wave & Greet you EVERY-TIME you drive or pass-by, staff make conversations & ask for updates on your last conversation with them
Ex: 2.) Cleaned my Carpets as a kind gesture to apologize for the inconvenience of not having something in my unit for over a year
Ex: 3.) Accommodated my family and I sleeping in the model unit for strong paint fumes while I was pregnant
Ex: 4.) Diligent on Communicating
~No gaps or avoidance of communication —get things done
—collectively they seek to keep contact information updated
9.) Updating Systems & Processes to make things more easier on Us
~improving how we pay rent, & request services for our unit.
—mending loop-holes & seek to correct outdated ways that are not working for our community
[Please have Reasonable Expectations: you live in a forest area your doorway&patio will have debris from changing of trees.]
Cons:
1.) Expensive & overpriced & Rent increases are a lot & yearly
2.) One Garbage Center
~ You have to drive your trash in your car or walk a long distance
3.) Pool needs updates & Hot tub does not have working Jets. No bubbles!
4.) Tow Friendly & Tow Happy
~SUPER! Expensive to get your car
5.) Utility Bill is High in winter if you live on bottom floor/ Utility bill is low during Summer
6.) MOLD
-bi-weekly cleaning windows & airing out home daily (Utilities will be higher because of the need to keep proper temperature & ventilation)
7.) Pay monthly to Park @ your home
[My opinion, if you have 1 car you should not have to pay to park, if you have multiple cars, or want a garage it should cost to store more vehicles]
~My uncovered parking spot was $50/month now is $55
~covered parking, single & double car garages are more. .
8.) Guest Parking is Free, if you can find a spot, it’s rare.
~Although more parking was added, it’s not enough.
9.) Funding Approvals are not often enough, so tenants, management team & property suffers
10.) Our Calm & Forest/Wilderness feel attracts animals that will eat your Pet
[protect your animal & posters of lost pet is put up around our community throughout the years]

I was looking for an apartment for months, until I ran into an ad by Andover park. It seemed everything I was looking for.
So I got there early morning and was greeted by Ashley with a beautiful smile.
She got right into it and showed me a similar apartment. As the other one was still vacant. It was beautiful and the view and ground was amazing. After the application processes She kept me informed constantly about the moving in date.
My moving in process ran so smoothly and she assigned me a parking space in a few days.
The other management also was so helpful when Ashley had a day off.
SUCH a beautiful complex all around.. very clean and kept up and maintained profoundly and leasing agent is such a sweetheart & very polite and helpful while conducting the tour of the property. Also very fond of the different styles floor plans they have to offer. I give this place 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, no doubt! & Will be filling an application for a unit immediately after posting this review! 😅🙃☺️😎😇💁🏻♂️
I lived here for a year and just moved out last week. Ashley and Reyna were great from the very first tour through to the final move out. Every time I had an issue, they did their best to help me get it resolved. I've lived other places in the past where the office folks always seemed put out when they had to help. That is not the case here. Ashley specifically always listened and actually heard me when I had any questions or concerns. They are a great team and you won't be disappointed by them if you choose to live here.
Apartment maintenance promptly cleaned and pressure-washed my patio for me as requested. I was pleased that this apartment complex would offer to do that for a tenant who is not moving out soon. The patio looks much better, and I can sit and enjoy the nice weather outside now. Thanks to Andover Park Apartments and the guy who cleaned up my patio. 5 stars for this service.
So far so good!
Thank you Reyna for your professional and kind service. I met Reyna when I stumbled into the Andover Park office on a Sunday morning, two babies in tow, and no appointment. I needed a one-bedroom home immediately and I had seen online that Andover Park had some available.
Reyna was able to assist me with the entire process and hand me the keys that day. She was patient with my wiggly wriggly children while we worked on the application and was able to overcome software obstacles that threatened to slow down the application and move-in process.
The apartment itself is perfectly adequate for our needs and a great price for the neighborhood. My favorite surprise was the fantastic built-ins in the bedroom closet.

From start to finish this place has been a great experience. We had a horrible experience with our last apartment, and this place has been a breath of fresh air.
Rayan was so nice and helpful. She showed up around and got things going. She was very organized, and easy to communicate with over email, answering all our questions.
Ashley was helpful, did an awesome job making sure we got our documents signed and getting them sent over before we moved in.
The property over all is beautiful, and the staff over all is nice and friendly.
A much better place from our last place
