My shower was leaking into the laundry room below around 10 pm on a Saturday night, so I called the maintenance line for Park Georgetown, thinking I might have to wait several hours for someone to come out. But maintenance staff member Franklin Lopez was at my apartment within an hour, and completely fixed the leak within 45 minutes! He was so professional, helpful, and prompt. Thanks Franklin!

Hello Georgetown Apartments Team, We wanted to thank you for everything you have done for us over the past few months. Our experience living here has been truly special, and a large part of that is thanks to you. A special thanks to Stephanie, Chris, and Emilia in management. Your kindness and willingness to help us have always been incredible. We have felt very well taken care of. We also want to give special recognition to Franklin Lopez. He has assisted us during two emergencies, even during unusual hours and on weekends. He has always been there when we needed him and that means a lot to us.
