Reasonable rent but the place comes with its problems. 1) Lack of parking space - there is shortage of parking space always in the evening. Some residents have trouble finding one slot, and then there are residents here taking up multiple parking slots (I know one who uses garage as storage and parks 2 vehicles outside; another resident parks 3 vehicles). The management needs to assign one slot per apartment to even the playing field for all. Right now some residents are abusing the limited space. 2) Noisy - not only the noise comes from the interstate but also the residents (kids use long hallways as running tracks, residents organize loud evening events with no intimation or care that someone else may be disturbed). 3) Pest problem. 4) Smelly - the hallway is always smelly. P.S.: One other useful information for prospective residents (to whomsoever it may matter) - the demographic of this place is heavily skewed toward hispanics with very little diversity.

Rude. Walk in on you to show the apartments without telling you at any time of the day. Never give back your deposit. One of the worst places.
