I have lived here at Fountainview Apartments 2 distinct times. The first time was for 3 years and this time it has been 5 years. This place is beautiful with the landscaping in the middle and the playground for the kids. It is in the center of everything and I feel pretty safe here. I have worked with the property manager, Eileen, both times of my staying here and she is absolutely awesome. She has always assisted in anything needed and gone above and beyond. Our maintenance gentleman is also always on it and gets any requests done in a timely fashion.

I moved to the US 6 months ago and i never regret having Fountainview apartment as my home. The place is well maintained. Whenever we have concerns and the management has been informed, they try to sort things out immediately or as soon as possible. So far, my stay has been so good. The neighborhood is safe and everyone just mind their own business. The location is very much convenient with nearby stores, etc. the leasing consultant Eileen is so kind that she would always ask me when I just arrived how am I doing. She always make sure to know if I do need anything. She was just very helpful and tried to connect me with other people from my country where I came. She is doing a great job and goes above and beyond.
