Whether you’re enjoying the stunning city views from our rooftop deck, working out in our state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, relaxing by the serene swimming pool or grilling out with friends, we’ve got every detail covered. -Applicant rent to income ratio is 3x monthly rent. -Guarantor rent to income ratio is 6x monthly rent. -Please note: Applicant 3x rent is the minimum to be approved (and may require an additional deposit based on the screening recommendation) and higher than 3x the rent may be required to get a standard deposit.

From the moment I've walked onto the premises, I was greeted professionally by a gentleman by the name of Wayman. He directed me to the front office where I was then met by Michelle and Jasmine. It's always a pleasure to be acknowledged and treated with respect. Thank you ladies for making me feel like family, answering all of my questions and helping me make the best decision for my family and I. A+ and highly recommended for anyone looking to call your next place a home!

My partner and I moved to Atlanta during covid and literally only had one day in town to select and sign a lease. We stopped by Bell Buckhead West with NO appointment. We visited other apartments prior and didn't have a great experience so we were hesitant. Luckily, Cheryl was there to greet us and agreed to not only show us around but stopped eat her lunch to do so! She showed us multiple apartments with an upbeat attitude and was extremely knowledgeable. We felt great following our visit but wanted to do our due diligence and continue to look around the city. We honestly didn't see anything else that compared so we ultimately decided to lease here. Full transparency we did read some not so great reviews and were extremely nervous (we were moving from out of state and had never visited Atlanta). We communicated with the team via email and calls for the next week as we packed our home out of state. Again, Cheryl eased our worries, let us know about the neighborhood, and made the process so easy that we signed. I can say so much more but ultimately - between Cheryl and Chaze we have had the best experience at this property. They literally remember everyone's name (which is crazy - so many people live here lol) AND they are ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS nice to you, always friendly, and extremely helpful. I should also mention that it is all the staff (maintenance and housekeepers are great too). I definitely recommend this property to everyone - it's beautiful, pet friendly, and close to everything (busy metropolitan and nice hikes are 10 minutes away).
