I am staying in this apartment for last 7 months. Havent faced any issues. We were confused after seeing the reviews here but we chose to live here after seeing the apartment. The building is old and you can hear your neighbours if they play loud music or footsteps when kids run but never faced much issues. All our maintenance requests were solved in time. All shopping places are easily accessible. Place is calm and quiet.Leasing office (Tom and Linda) are extremely professional and helful. Snow removal during winter is also done on time....

I currently live at Summit pointe and I love it . Ive been living her for three years with my boyfriend. We enjoying living in this community because it’s quiet and safe . Everyone is friendly and the office staff is great . If you have any question or concerns they will make sure to point you in the right direction . Also the apartments are located near all the shopping areas . So you dont have to drive far to go food shopping which is great and convenient.
