I've been renting here for 2 years and cannot emphasize how great it's been. Amenities are great. The people are super friendly, from our neighbors, to the daily cleaners, maintenance and leasing staff - everyone is easy talk to. The leasing office handles all concerns and questions in under 24 hours. The maintenance team is the best I've ever had in all my years of renting. All work orders I've placed are addressed in under 24 hours. Everyone I've worked with is super knowledgeable and friendly. Shout-out to John who is new to the maintenance team, but honestly I couldn't tell because of how quickly he was able to get work orders resolved. The only jab I could throw at Gables is the rent prices, but honestly rates are high and getting higher everywhere. For everything I mentioned above, plus location and peace of mind, it's been well worth it for us when we compare rental rates in the surrounding area. Thanks University team 👍
