Pros: - Close to school (OCU) - Close to Sams club, 24/7 Walgreen, Walmart, Sprouts, and the mall. - Washer & Dryer. - Water included. Cons: - None I lived here for a year and a half and moved out because I am leaving the country. I will not look for any other place if I ever had to come back to OKC. Maintenance guys are fast and efficient. Also, the owner lives on-site and takes good care of the community.
