Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

We have just recently moved down to Long Beach and during one day viewed around 8 properties. Can say with 100% confidence that nothing compared to AMLI. Between the building and amenities it was top of the line, but the service right from the very beginning was top tier. You can tell everyone that works there is truly proud of the product and what they offer. Very organized, Informative, overall helpful. Moving is never really fun, but they truly made it so much easier. We dealt with Alex and Jess and they were both great! If you are moving to Long Beach - you should absolutely check out AMLI

From the moment we started our application, Jessica from the leasing office was in constant communication with us regarding our application and helped ensure we had all important information attached. She was super helpful in answering any and all questions that might have come up. We met with her when we picked up our keys and again was so helpful and made us truly feel welcomed! The community and our unit is gorgeous and has everything we need/want! Additionally, the other residents we've run into are incredibly friendly as well. Overall, very pleased with where we moved!!!
