In order to make pets welcome in our community, which includes so many diverse individuals and households, we must require that pet owners fulfill the following responsibilities: •Each apartment home is allowed a maximum of three pets. We allow dogs up to 100 lbs., but only one pet if over 50 lbs. Any dog over 20 lbs. must be brought to the office for Management to meet and approve. •No fee is required for fish or caged birds. A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee is required for the first pet and $125.00for all other pets upon lease approval, including but not limited to Cats, Rabbits, Gerbils, Hamsters, Ferrets, or any other un-caged domestic animal.Please note that the pet fee is a privilege fee and does not cover any actual damage by pets to Winter Park Village property.•Snakes/reptiles/exotic animals or any poisonous animals/insects are prohibited.•
