A few months ago I rented a unit at Mosaic Apartments and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing. Paula Wilson my leasing consultant was very helpful in assisting me with getting the unit . She has a lovely disposition, very professional and very patient. On one occasion she had to dialogue with Jill the manager, and she too came through for me. The office staff overall are very helpful. Now that I’m occupying the apartment, minor issues have risen but Linden the maintenance manager and his team have dealt with these in a timely manner which I truly appreciate. Mosaic is very central , yet secluded. The property is very lush with trees but landscaping is done quite often and walkways are frequently cleared of leaves . The grass areas are kept low and well manicured . It is a pet friendly complex with its own dog park. An added plus is the lovely park beside the property or in front of the property depending on the building your unit is on. The close proximity to this park provides extra walking area for myself and my fur baby, it’s great for families and the kids do enjoy the play area. Overall it’s a great rental property.

I went in on 6 July to look at a 2/2 apartment. I was working with Paula and from the beginning she was very kind and intuitive to all of my questions. She answered everything and was very patient with me. The apartment was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful and I can’t wait to see if I get approved.
