I lived here for almost four years, and I had a wonderful experience! Brenda is a great manager -she always made sure that we were comfortable. It’s clean and well maintained, and very spacious. The apartments are in a great location too-within walking distance to a library, coffee, and ice cream! The reason why my boyfriend and I moved was because we wanted to live on the east side. Midvale Heights is a great area to call home if you’d like to move to the west side!

They're super helpful and the maintenance is great! Cody's super fast to respond to any issues or problems that come up, and fixes them straight away! And he leaves a small bag of candy! Great experience!
