I've lived at Prairie Crest for almost a year now, and I have no complaints. Office staff is courteous and friendly. Maintenance is quick and attentive. (In fact I just had part of my heater replaced this morning, and it took less than 30 minutes.) Grounds and common areas are well-kept. In my experience, it's fairly quiet, as everyone tends to keep to themselves (at least in my building/on my floor). I'm happy to renew my lease for another year.

I'm pretty satisfied with my experience so far. I've made two maintenance requests and both were dealt with within a week. The apartment was well-polished when I moved in. Appliances all seem to be in good condition. My only issue is that the fitness room could do with a bit more equipment, though with an Anytime fitness across the street that's not too big a deal. Overall good experience.
