I have just moved Into a one bedroom Apartment. So far, my experience with the property and the office staff has been amazing! Waleska has been my main point of contact, and she has been wonderful! She’s been accommodating all of my needs and wants. I’m super excited to live in this property and I am hoping i’ll have the same amazing experience!

I love Bellancia apartment and the staff. Maintenance is always quick with repairs and requests. Office managers are extremely friendly. I haven’t had any issues here other than issues with the resident portal (technical issues which are always unforeseen.) I love my apartment community and the people here ❤️
