Newbury Village offers large 2-bedroom apartments, as well as 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. Each has its own private outside entrance, with deck and outside storage unit. Inside, the homes have a large, eat-in kitchen, good storage and in-home laundry. Most have been updated with new flooring, some with new cabinetry and fixtures as well. The property has a community room for residents' use, 24-hour fitness center, yard space, and outdoor playground.

Wonderfully maintained property and buildings. Haven’t had a single issue or challenge come up and feel extremely confident, any problem would get handled in a timely, and effective manner. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect, from the maintenance, to the manager. Would highly recommend one of these units to a friend or family member looking for a place to live!
