Granite takes the money but doesn’t do the work. Gives absolutely 0 privacy to residents & uses the cheapest materials possible around the building. Gives 30 mins notice before they want to do whatever to your apartment and just punches in the door code and let themselves in. (One time I was in the bathroom, one time I was naked aka freshly outta the shower). Let’s see, what else… as someone who owns an emotional support animal, granite has me go through a third party Pet-screening website (which was completely fine by me) and have me fill out all these information just so that they could 1. Mess up the fact that I have an emotional support animal and try to charge me pet rent for 75$ a month (ESA are by law, rent free) 2.threaten me that they are gonna “take actions” if I don’t deal with my pet noise (as they claimed to be dogs barking) when I have A CAT. If you had me fill out all the info, pls LOOK AT THEM. Idk, guys, think before you want to move in
