This is a No Smoking unit. Security Deposit is equal to one month of rent. Tenant pays all utilities and trash. Proof of renter's insurance is required at move in to receive your keys. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50) and are subject to a credit and background check.
