The Historic Griffith House is a fully restored 1914 craftsman with large high-end flats with beautiful woodwork in every room. There is a walled back garden and a common laundry room with new card operated washer and dryers. It is located in Downtown Huntington Beach less 1/3 of a mile from the beach. It is walking distance from a wonderful primary, middle and high-school. It is just a few blocks from the public library, coffee shops, restaurants and just a mile from a shopping center.
