We have lived at Willowbrook for over 3 years. We moved out of state for a year and moved back a couple of weeks ago. I can personally tell you this place has improved ten fold. The grounds are well kept, the tenants are nice and respectful, and the units are being maintained properly. Justin, Katie, Jennifer, and Danielle have been super accomodating and take care of everything very quickly! Jennifer and Danielle were very welcoming to us the day we moved in, and Jennifer quickly guided us to our new unit and did our move in stress free! After my wife and I settled in from our 1500 mile trip in a uhaul and had time to do a more thorough move in inspection, (they give you 48hrs), we emailed Katie and she logged everything and priortized items we wanted fixed. She alerted maintenance right away. Christian and Felix from maintenance have been spot on and resolved a couple issues very fast! One item we needed fixed we told Justin about at 5:45pm and Christian beat me back to the unit, fixed the issue, and was gone by 5:55pm. (Mind you they close at 6pm). Most places would make you wait till the next day, but with the great coordination between Justin and Christian, this was done immediately! This is a great community with great people and we are very happy to be back home!

I looked at a couple apartments this weekend and I really liked the two bedroom option I was shown. I’m not moving until September but I want to check out options in the Summerlin area. Katie I believe her name was, she was the one to show me the apartment options. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time because I wasn’t moving right away ( which I have experienced at other properties ). I later on looked at their website to see other floor plans I didn’t look at and also checked their reviews . I was very surprised and some of the reviews I read .. I was greeted by Katie and a guy at the back desk , I didn’t get his name, and I can say I had a great experience and was treated very well . I loved the look of the apartments and am seriously considering willowbrook when I move in September. I would recommend these apartments and Katie as well. Definitely a 5 star experience .
