The 720 10th Ave N building offers 2 and 3-bedroom income-based apartments, laundry facilities, and off-street parking. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Rental Assistance may be available for qualified applicants. Garages may be available for an additional monthly fee. This property is non-smoking and pet-friendly!
