Well...What a difference! I came in this complex last year or "tried to" around this time, and it was kind of a hot-mess getting ahold of someone or someone being in office. My lease is coming up and I'm paying a ridiculous amount for one bedroom and drove by and saw leasing special sign, so decided to give them another shot, and I am so glad I did. The Assistant Madelaine was super helpful and went over what they had. Even Property manager Kevin came out said hello and answered someone of my concerns. Both were very professional and very nice. She had a one bedroom to show me and I was impressed this time. We all y read the horror stories on google but they aren't always true, check them out yourself! I have never felt more welcome. Looking forward to living at Laguna Place. Thank you Madelaine and Kevin!

When you're moving from a different county, moves can be stressful. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the area and great places to frequent. From start to finish, Kevin and Madelaine made the application and my move in process smooth. Albert and Jonathan have addressed maintenance concerns timely and my family and I am are happy with our new home. Thank you Kevin and your team! 💛
