My plans to rent at St Francis changed but while I was waiting on plans to be finalized the service from the staff (Donna) were amazing . Although those final plans negated my need for this apartment I would recommend St. Francis Village in Lubbock to everyone as the staff are wonderful. I loved the apartment floor plan and was excited to move but it wasn't meant to be. Maybe in the future!

One bedroom apartment at St. Francis Village is $665 total and pay separate bills to Conservice water and LP&L electric. Wireless Internet is included. There are 2 bedrooms available with washer and dryer connections. St. Francis is very pet friendly. I love our neighborhood: Carillon senior living housing is directly adjacent to St. Francis, so the Carillon security guard that patrols makes it a relatively safe area. The elderly are very quiet, so don't worry about raging parties going on. SFV is very close to the university (especially to Commuter Satellite [S1], where the "masked rider" bus takes you to campus, so I sometimes just walk to the bus stop via the trails next to the soccer fields) and Market Street 24/7 grocery. All in all, can't beat it the price and location. (Any JTI property is generally pretty damn good, I've lived in two so far [St. Abby and St. Francis])
