I love living here. Its the very first community I moved into as a Florida “transplant” from NYC. The rent is reasonable compared to surrounding rates, maintenance can drag their feet at times when you notify them of issues with plumbing, AC, etc but overall I really love it here. I love my neighbors and the cordiality of everyone that works here.

It was my first apartment and moving across the country was a bit stressful, but Amber helped me all along the way and made it easy for me. I had little time to do so, and she went through everything with me to make it as easy and as stress free as possible. The unit itself is nice and everything is working properly. The community is nice and amenities that come with it are as well. Very happy with it!
