The neighborhood is great! It's a quiet and cozy neighborhood with beautiful and spacious apartments. There are quite a few amenities such as a community pool, indoor basketball court (although currently under construction), 24hr gym, activity center and BBQ gathering areas. The staff at the front office are very easy going and super kind. The best part is, the rent isn't absurdly high and from my experience, it seems like the management company doesn't increase rent out of the blue like most other places do. Definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've lived in here for the past 4 months, so far is been wonderful, pool looks amazing, I'm in love with the lake view right next to my apartment and that's thanks to Thalia over at the office. She has been nothing but friendly and welcoming since the beggining and she got me what I consider to be one of the best apartments in the community 10/10
