Monthly. 1 cat max. No animals are permitted anywhere in the bedroom, dwelling unit, apartment or the apartment community, at any time, without the Landlord’s written permission. Resident will be allowed to keep 1 dog or 1 cat as pets within their bedroom, dwelling unit or apartment subject to the following restrictions: (1) No aggressive dog breeds are permitted, including but not limited to, Pit bulls, (this includes American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernards, and Akitas. (2) All other animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are prohibited in the apartment or the apartment community. (3) Resident must provide Landlord with documentation that verifies that all animals have the required licenses and that all tags and inoculations are current. Landlord will authorize support and/or service animals for the Resident and Residents' guests and occupants in accordance with federal, state and local fair housing laws and regulations.

Our apartments are located steps from the University. In fact, you can walk to campus in just 2 minutes. We are also just 5 minutes away from the Las Vegas Airport and from the famous Las Vegas strip. It’s not just the location that makes Echo 1055 so special. Every apartment has been custom-designed and equipped with luxury finishes like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a modern furniture package to match.

Echo 1055 has been my home for 4 years now. Living here is amazing, they offer massage chairs and a coffee machine to residents. Also, the staff here are incredible and helpful - especially C Nguyen. She does an amazing job at decorating the lobby during the holidays. It is also super close to the strip like 5 mins. Recommend!

I absolutely love living here! Moving into this complex was one of the best decisions I made for my college experience. The amenities are top-notch, with everything from a modern gym and spacious study areas to a relaxing pool and plenty of social events. The staff is amazing – always friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues. They go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and came fully furnished, making the move-in process a breeze. Plus, the location is super convenient for getting campus. Highly recommend this place to any student looking for a great home away from home!
