The assist manager Teniell and manager Amy are very kind and helpful. (Feb 2024). Whenever i needed help they were quick to resolve anything. Good neighbor and by a small park. Very spacious and big apartments for a decent price.

My wife and I have lived here with our two kudos for two-and-a-half years, and it’s been a great place. Teniell has been a fantastic manager, and maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. The few issues we’ve had have been handled well, and with a kid at Whiteside and my wife teaching at Irons, the location couldn’t be better. It’s a good, quiet neighborhood to live in, and our neighbors have been pretty good to live beside.
