I moved all the way from Florida to these apartments almost a year now and I must say these are some of the best apartments so far! Any maintenance problem I had they came at a timely manner to complete any task! As far as the office ladies Madison and Liz are the absolute best, I have never had a problem EVER with these ladies they are so professional and very understanding. Their communication with me made me feel welcomed especially coming from a different state. When I arrived my apartments were clean and well put together which was awesome! Communication and comprehension with the complex is top tier especially when you communicate correctly with understanding and common sense! Always remember treat people how you would like to be treated and the edge will reciprocate!!

I’ve lived here for one and a half years, just renewed my third lease, and only had good experiences here. The front desk people are nice and helpful, the maintenance guys have taken care of any issues in a reasonable timeframe (and are nice to talk to), and there is plenty of covered parking. Especially compared to my previous apartment in undergrad and my two other brother’s apartment experience, this is a great complex! Some residents can be messy in common areas, but I think the complex does a reasonable job trying to clean up.
