We've been living here for 7 years now and are still content. Maintenance is great at getting things taken care of in a timely manner. We have a well maintained pool which is super important for us, especially with no city pools. The landscaping in the courtyards is gorgeous. It's right off the loop so it's easy to get anywhere. The elementary school in our district is rated very well and less than a mile away!
