Had a day free in Novato to apartment hunt and was pleasantly surprised that Helen, the onsite manager made time for me as I dropped in without an appt! She was gracious and professional, showed me around the entire property with all its amenities and answered my many questions thoroughly. I'm so thankful that she made time for me and it was such a positive experience that I'm seriously considering this property to relocate! I don't usually give reviews but had such a lovely afternoon at Crooked Oak.

This places has it all!! My wife and I were in San Rafael looking for apartments and we were told to check out Novato area. By luck we got lost off an exit which happened to be the exit for the Crooked Oak apartments. This was on a Saturday late in the day and we just happened to run into the maintenance man Luis. He was so nice and told us all about the community here and we fell in love with it. He told us to come back and meet Sophia whom is the manager. She understood that we needed a apartment but not until the coming month and with curtain amenities. Sophia was able to find us a unit that not only met everything we wanted but also would be available when we needed it. Since we still were living in Nevada at that time she was able to do everything for us by email. Sophia made our move so easy and painless. Now the property is gorgeous with wildlife everywhere to see. Yet the community is so quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained and there is plenty of parking with garages. If you want the best in everything this is the place to live. Give Sophia a call and you will love it here.
