I lived at MacArthur Commons for 2.5 years. This was the very best renting experience I have ever had, and I have rented A LOT. The Newmark Moses team is understanding, accommodating, very responsive, and always helpful, not to mention kind! For example, my dog is very sweet but VERY territorial, so whenever we needed something fixed, one of the maintenance men always made sure to open my front door while getting down on his knees so she would know he wasn’t threatening. She loved him, of course. I never got over that kindness and wish I had gotten his name to write a thank you when we left. The Mac Commons team treated me like I mattered, fixed issues quickly, and took great care of the property. I highly recommend any of the Newmark Moses properties (I looked at 9 different properties of theirs before I chose!) but especially recommend MacArthur Commons. The floor to ceiling windows are incredible and the great light kept me sane during early pandemic quarantine days. Not to mention having gated parking and an on-site work out room and pool (both very clean!!).Can’t say enough good things! Thank you Rachael, Emily, Lew, and Alex!
