I have lived here at palmetto club for over 4 years! I love the property! The grounds keeper takes a lot of pride in the property. The maintenance staff is always so quick to respond to my work orders. This is a great place to live and super spacious I would recommend palmetto club apartments! 🤗

Hidden Gem on this side of the Denver area! Very well kept and maintained. Really nice walkways between the buildings lined with trees. Very quiet and always kids playing outside so very safe. Alot of residents have been here for years. Staff always available and very quick to respond. Everyone from the groundskeeper to the office staff are super nice. Best apartment experience I've had.

Elton, WV 03 9/9/2021 I have lived from California to Florida, in all types of apartments, hotels, and depending on the disaster I may be working, even disaster shelters. I am a self employed/semi retired Disaster Recovery Specialist and moved to Colorado to be close to my Son and Granddaughter, never really intended to stay and I had planned to move back to Florida from which I came. My Son recommended Palmetto and I am very glad he did. I love it here, it is safe for a single older female, I love to hear the kids playing outside, when I forget I have grocery delivery I call maintenance, lol, they put them inside for my forgetful self. My apartment was brand new inside, it was immaculate and everyone here is great!! I became very ill with COVID and could not work for 6 weeks, but they have done everything possible to assist me in the kindest, my proficient, and understanding way I have ever witnessed to keep me here and safe. I do not like snow, I do not like cold weather, but being close to my child, his wife, and now their child, is priceless. Palmetto makes that possible, I love it here,, it is perfect for me, and the staff mostly lives here I do believe and I have never had any problem of any kind. Highly recommend. I am very grateful to be here!
