***6 mos. Post move in update*** So thankful for such great property staff. Kacey and Shannon do a great job running things and the maintenance guys are nice. These may not be the most updated apartments but they sure do make up for it in price and courtesy. It's quiet and clean and the pool was great this summer! ***Initial review*** On a Sunday, I sent a fb msg. inquiring, I received a call the next day Monday, and took a tour of their model townhome Tuesday. Shannon the assistant manager was nice, professional & knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions I had. Her willingness to help was a welcome experience considering my current property co is rude and wouldn't even provide a floor plan for a lease renewal to a bigger unit. The property is really clean overall and they seem to have a fairly good occupancy rate. I will update again if I decide to move in.

I loved living at this place. It was an excellent place to be and the managing stuff was AWESOME! If I had any problems with the apartment that needed to be fixed they were quick to get it done! Highly recommend living here. They also have a courtesy officer on site!
