I've been here a week today and everything is fabulous from the office staff thank you Savanah for making this happen for us and fur babies we are very happy with our new place. I haven't been to the pool yet but looks lovely still settling in but definitely make my way to the pool soon plenty of grass for your dogs to play and do there business spacious balconies nice to watch the sunrise with my fur babies and drink my coffee it's quiet and relaxing very peaceful place by far.

Definitely the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you because typically they come from bad renters. My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years and definitely would recommend. It’s less than a half mile from the Nevada State College campus and walking distance to Remedy’s Tavern. The maintenance staff is fast and friendly and the front staff is always willing to help you with any issues. During peak season is when we moved in and had to wait to secure a downstairs unit but totally worth it. The pools are always clean and well-maintained and despite the haters, are only really heated in the winter time (I mean who doesn’t want a cold pool in 110° heat).
