Door size is 65” high x 28” wide. It’s a 70” diagonal opening in case you are wondering what will fit. Prior resident had a full size bed and it worked great. Super convenient location. Plaza shopping center is only a few blocks down the street and the bus stop is one block away. You might as well ditch your car and enjoy a life without car payments or repair bills. Better yet, you can bike to all your favorite attractions. In addition to rent, we charge a $30 utility fee to help us offset the big bills like heat, water, electric and property management software. Will consider 1 well behaved cat or dog for an extra pet fee. The pet fee is $300 at lease signing or $30/mo pet rent. | ||

I just ran a Zillow search and there was one listing where you share a bathroom for $700, and the rest were from $825 (lots of add on fees) all the way up to $1,665. The latter is a gorgeous newer building. Great location. You could easily ditch your car since all your daily necessities are nearby. Places like Super One grocery, Walgreens, the best bakery in Duluth plus a bike shop to service your ride since you decided to sell your vehicle. Oh, bus stop is one black away. Rent includes everything except internet. We even cover electricity. Coin op laundry on site and no off-street parking. To help us cover all the big bills, we charge a $30/mo. flat fee to help us offset the big bills like heat, water, etc plus we don't charge you a pesky fee to pay rent online if you zap it from your bank account.
